    FIRST class.

    doors open 10 minutes before class. 
    don't be too late. 
    doors are locked during ALL classes. 
    if you need to leave early please let us know.

  • please bring a pair of 
    dry, CLEAN, supportive 
    sneakers to every class. 
    help keep our studio floors safe.

  • check in @ the front desk. 
    grab everything you NEED. 
    headphones. we use them. 
    ankle weights. we rent them. 
    boxes. we pick them. 
    water. we sell them.
  • let's connect thru MBO when things come up. 
    sliding into any inbox will not be accepted. 
    all late cancels | $8 fee | within 12 hours of class. 
    all NO shows will cost you $18.
  • high temps & tight leggings or bikers are best. 
    let's SWEAT.
  • show us the MONEY. 
    we swipe, store, tap, & accept apple pay or cash.
  • when it comes to stuff, less is MORE. 
    don’t forget your sneaks.
    because we are a pop up studio, 
    locker rooms are unavailable. 
    we CANNOT be responsible for personal 
    items lost or stolen.

    monday – friday | 8am – 5pm.

    all smartwatches need to be in theatre mode.
  • we don't mind EXPLICIT music at state.
